Which will improve my credit the most, getting a car lease or loan?

I went owing to a foreclosure over a year ago. Now I have zero debt and I plot on export another household sometime in the possibility. Which will do my credit score better. A car loan or lease? I have ample cash to buy the car outright but it wont help my credit score. If I bought a car I would pay it off in 6 months.
