my amp and capacitor are not getting power?

tyler i questioned:

i hooked my amp and capcitor and subs up now i have a stinger hybrid 15 farad cap and a zx850.2 amp and (2) l7 12 solo baric kickers… they worked fine all night and now here are no illumination on my amp or cap i veteran my potential wires ground they are all putting out around 12-13 volts i veteran my diffident wires here putting out 1.18 volts… if i turn my key on the cap will set alight up and then go out straight away i have no thought what this is? anyone have an pledge and my stereo facility fine just the subs turn off my stereo or speakers dont and i also have an optima battery
