Are you happy or depressed that future cars can be made to run on water instead of oil?

What if this earnings possibility car fuel is $0.00 per gallon and 100% sterile? Would you be pleased or depressed?
And you know who would hurt the most if this were right?!

Saudi Arabia, haha, no fill up in a desert, AND no more oil revenues.
