Is washing yourself with bar soap or with a washcloth damaging to your skin?

I noticed that when I wash my vehicle with a washcloth, it leaves streaks which are tiny cuts in the apparent coat. I wonder what a washcloth does to the creature layer of outer skin? Is it possible that we set ourselves up for skin cancer using washcloths diverse with sun exposure and hybrid pollen exposure?

Is it just me, or all of the new hybrid cars really ugly?
