Semi Truck Blown Tire – Will their Insurance take fault?

meikaidi questioned:

Ciao!
We recently got in a car accident with a semi car. The tire blew out on the semi as we were driving in the rear it (yes, we had genteel interval from the car, we were just about to pass it!). The hurt all appears to be ornamental, but we do hear weird noises when we try to break, but it is not a fixed blast. Mind you, this is a Prius Hybrid car, so they make noises that are drastically uncommon than a typical gas fueled vehicle.

My first question is, can we take upon yourself that the indemnity company from the semi-car is inane to take fault? Especially when the police officer confirmed we were driving at a safe interval away from the car?

In addition, the semi drivers indemnity company insists that we get two quotes. We got one quote from the dealership we bought the car from for $3,600 value of hurt. We do not want to get more than one quote in view of the fact that we do not want just any Joe Shmoe to undo the battery and repair a hybrid (which I am told has to be done for ANY repair to prevent electrocution). Our plot is to submit the one quote and inform them that if they want another quote, they can have their adjuster come out and assess the hurt. Does that seem like a excellent plot?

Lastly, we feel unsafe driving the vehicle, is it honest to demand we would like a leasing car at once?

So, to run owing to, these are the questions:
1). Can we take upon yourself that the indemnity company from the semi-car is inane to take fault in view of the fact that we would have never got in this accident had the tire not blown out?
2.) Can they make us get more than one quote? As a substitution for of a 2nd quote, we are inane to recommend that they have their adjuster assess the hurt.
3.) Is it honest to demand we would like a leasing car at once?
Also, as far as the leasing, the truckers indemnity company has confirmed they will pay for a leasing if we need it. I just want to know if we can demand being paid one BEFORE we really repair. In view of the fact that the car feels unsafe to handbook. Thankfulness!

Ciao all,

I’m doing a knowledge project related to humanizing efficiency of proton chat membrane (PEM) fuel cells / sinking expenditure of manufacturing PEM fuel cells.

I’m specifically attracted in developing a more efficient vehicle as opposed to platinum.

I would be thankful for it if you may maybe give with a few caring websites / top me in the right management.

Thankfulness alot.

Ciao,
I am a apprentice at California Academe of PA. I am now doing a adjust level paper on the correlation between air feature versus the rising number of hybrid cars in the city. I have brilliant to start my project on Los Angles. I have the air feature data I need but I am gone in rank on the number of hybrid cars. I am in tension to go back as far as 1997 with this data but anything would help. Can anyone help me go in the right management on where i can obtain this data.

Ciao all,

I’m doing a knowledge project related to humanizing efficiency of proton chat membrane (PEM) fuel cells / sinking expenditure of manufacturing PEM fuel cells.

I’m specifically attracted in developing a more efficient vehicle as opposed to platinum. I have a PEM fuel cell; I got it as part of a fuel cell car kit.

Now, I’m not keen to waste much cash. I have a multimeter – what I’m wondering is what kind of experiment may maybe I top (with some household-hold bits and pieces or some moderately low-cost ones at some electronics store) to boost the efficiency of the current platinum vehicle?

Thankfulness alot.

can you grant with me with some data or let me know where I can find it delight?

I want to know 6-7 uncommon hybrid vehicle models, their Battery Voltage Room (e.g Toyota Prius 2005 = 202V), their type of drivetrain (run, analogous, etc) and DC Voltage buses if possible!!

chuthay questioned:

Ciao,

I just got a new Altima Hybrid.

I am not too familar with how it charges itself and when it “decideds” to go into hybrid…

sometimes the battery level is high (no thought how it charges itself)
Sometimes the gripping runs for longer distances and sometimes it drives on gas for a while then out of now where gripping kicks in….

can a name break it down for me?

I was just wondering if anyone can let me know from first hand encounter how the fuel efficiency is? Also, if anyone has a ballpark thought on what indemnity will be like? (I’m 16 and live in Ontario). Thankfulness alot!
