timthesharpshoter questioned:

I was thought about turning my car significantly more green, and want to convert my car from a Fixed Gasoline Engine into a car that uses four gripping veer motors (as a substitution for of a release gripping motor and transmission), a semi-generous li-ion battery pack, and a gasoline generator with excellent efficiency. Is here clarification on the web to help me be with you the administer? Is here a company that does these kinds of conversions? How simple is it to find gripping veer motors?
Yes, thats genius, exchange my non-hybrid with a hybrid that expenditure Double as much, and gets the same fuel efficiency! Thats FREAKING GENIUS!!! No, sincerely, why would I go for an pricey hybrid that gets of poorer quality fuel efficiency than my car. How about, as a substitution for, you say something productive, like “I can’t find any”. In all actuality, it would be simpler to make a car 100% green if it already had all the right parts, but was powered by a gasoline generator. At any top, I may maybe payment it in any number of uncommon ways, but for now, baby steps.

Diesel-electric hybrid auto — does anyone make one?

Captain Obvious! questioned:

In view of the fact that it doesn’t take a total lot of HP to keep inane hwy speed once you realize it, it seems to me that the most efficient transport would be a small (1.4 liter or even smaller) diesel-powered hybrid. What I really want is a base upon which I can build a meta-hybrid that will let me use SVO to potential the diesel engine, and use the diesel to any force the car or payment the batteries. Batteries must also be serious by plugging in, and (ideally) also by thin-film solar panels I affix to the roof/hood/stem. Gripping potential gives instant acceleration that diesels lack, diesel gives array & potential that EV lack, solar drop payment permits an gripping element to heat the vegetable oil and keep it watered down for fuel purposes even in chill.

But I reflect I need the base diesel-gripping hybrid to start this adventure. Is here one (or more) out here & what are your experiences with it/them?

PS–I’m already traditional with greasel & greasecar.com & their SVO/biodiesel conversions.

how much would a winglets conversion cost let’s just say on a 737 or 757 what hasn’t got winglets. Ive noticed that lots of airlines are now having the conversions done in view of the fact that of fuel efficiency.

How do hybrid cars use less fuel? Isn’t efficiency wasted in the extra conversions of energy?

Alex C questioned:

I’m thought of hybrids that have a gas motor and gripping. If they aren’t exciting with electricity externally, all of the energy to run it comes from gasoline. Therefore, how is it more fuel efficeint to conveying energy via an elctric motor to a battery and then back to the wheels via the motor again to use for handbook (at slow speeds or when they do this)?

Ways of improve fuel economy in existing cars? Hybrid/electric conversion?

Ok so here’s the deal… I’m tiresome to come up with a business plot for a rank for a company that would be able to boost MPG in unfilled, used, on the road, cars…
My first thought is to try and find a mode of converting a gasoline powered car to a hybrid gripping/gasoline… Would it be any where near cost effectual? How long before we’d have the equipment to do so?
How about ways of converting cars to run on gripping potential or interchangeable battery packs or equipment like that? I know its possible, but would any habitual not-environmentally concerned self ever do it?
I want to come up with an incredible business plot that will blow public’s minds… I reflect a hybrid conversion would be incredible but is here any opportunity I may maybe make it take place? Even if it is not yet completely cost effectual, is it realistic? Would it be helped with economies of extent i.e. the more conversions are done the cheaper they become?

I know the administer wont be simple and I’m sure here are reported “sure fire” methods out here, but are here any REAL conversions to make a car a hybrid? Anyone have specific sites or methods?
Now that I reflect about it, forget price, deliberate the motor sweet much wants to be replaced and like a log bespoke. Just, anyone with any information of any kind of conversion for better gas mileage; wether it be hybrid, H2 or Ethanol?
