Most equipment can be recycled. I guess most batteries are also. If we pass legislation that can reduce the shock of the expense to buy these more pricey vehicles, public will start to buy them and the price will come down drastically! I reflect that is what we want!

How is Obama going to manipulate American consumers so we buy more hybrid cars (they are not selling now)?
