What can we do as consumers to lower the price of oil?

Taking money out of future car funds a good or bad idea?

From my birthday and reduction, I have accurate to 900$ meeting in a car tab. My mom bought my brother a car (Strain new 4 door Honda Accent) and told him he’s got 6 months to use it and that his car better be running by the end of those six months. So far, a month has voted for, and his car hasn’t stirred. My mom clarified that the Accent will be mine to gather on, and use when I’m 15 and a half. *Note I already know in the end how to handbook, but my mom wants me to gather stick budge better before automatic.*

In the end, I’ve had the cash before we got the Accent, but if I get the Accent in five months, I must be able to use some of the cash, right?

I’m a break Lead singer, and I need new gear (Gloves, pads, first aid material, etc) and I also want to buy for For myself some jump/summer clothes.

I’m thought of compelling 200$ out just for provisions. I have cash for lunches and such (random costs cash), but must I take out this cash to use for equipment that I have been coming up a long time for, or is this a terrible thought and I must save?
See, I already have a car to use in 5 months, but I cannot handbook lonely for over a year anyways.
