Will always paying my car payment on time make me have a great credit score?

I already have a 1975 MGB changeable, which i fit in (just barely, with the seat all the way back) I want to find another car for the possibility, you know something to aim to get. but the problem is i don’t know what would be ruled out just in view of the fact that i am too tall… I am open to anything british thats classic and not an Austin Healey 3000, not anything hostile to the car i just don’t want one.
