		<description>Well, since batteries can be recycled, leaving very little waste, then the hybrid is the way to go.
Update: but if you want a truly clean driving experience what we need is a nuclear power grid powering electric cars.
And hybrid cars don&#039;t use lead-acid batteries (to propel themselves), they use Lithium ion batteries.</description>
