Hi, I sought after to get your attitude on this. The strain new lexus I bought 4 months ago hindered 4 era days gone by while I was driving on the freeway. The “try out hybrid logic” & “maintenance required soon” signals came on & stayed on until I took it to the service dept (at same dealership I bought the lexus at) & left the car here. they gave us a loaner.
well they called now fr service dept & in the end said that the hybrid battery logic has disastrous due to wiring tribulations & they have to do a foremost service where they will chat the entire battery logic & it will take a week to do.
My question: is this something that has happened before to an nearly strain new car? we bought this car 4 months ago & I’m feeling very uneasy about this. Would it be out of the question to question them to exchange our car with a strain new one? What is your in rank on this? I’m feeling a bit mad about it (only in view of the fact that this car is held to be strain new) & I’m note sure if I’m defensible for feeling this way.

I reflect you can, but, You will only get opinions here. I would tell the dealer I want to return the car.
I be with you your frustration. Export a new vehicle is held to alleviate all of the stress of patching up your ancient one to keep it running. I can tell you that they will NOT just exchange it in view of the fact that of this problem. Humans make it and we screw up therefore we stand in the rear our manufactured goods with a warranty and fix it for free…sorry for the distress…that’s their take. But, the Lemon law states that if you have the same problem with a vehicle 3 era…not 3 separate tribulations…3 same problem issues, you can have the vehicle replaced or receive a refund…depending on your lawyer. It sucks but that is the way the auto industry is. Excellent luck.
first you need to find out what you LEMON law
consist of in your state..
then you also need to try out your paperwork about your warranty..and read id well.
third with doing the privileged than..talk to you dealer..and if you do not get the answers you want..question to talk to a name privileged up like the administrator or regional administrator..if they give you distress..my next step would be to talk to an attorney..and soon.
but lets hope it does not come to this..and they take care of you..
lastly enter each business down, and question for all paperwork ..for work done on the car..sometimes the dealer does not give paperwork for fastidious type of work..like maybe what they are doing to your car now..but question for it..if they say no..pull out your not book and enter down time, place and question the self to delight spell his or her name..this always gets equipment inane..
the clarification you take may be looked-for in court !
excellent luck
Most states lemon laws work when a dealer does not try to fix the car. In Mass. the dealer has 3 attempts to repair it.
And in Mass. the dealer has the selection to exchange or refund if it can’t be by the book repaired, not the buyer.
Try out your state lemon laws. If they have them its probably on line.
