    Not according to a co-worker in Quebec City who drives a Prius. At smallest amount the AC was more than travelable when I was up here a couple of weeks ago.

    I was just in Victoria and half of the taxi’s were Prius. The one I rode in was comfortable. I skepticism they would use them if your proclamation were right.
