I am inane to sue Honda for my 07 civic hybrid as the car can’t run in the heat of the desert. My a/c goes out whenthere’s no battery and drives at 14mph (saftey come forth.) Honda says this is habitual and will not proform in the heat of the desert. Where the disclosers? Honda refuses to do anything about here problem and tells me here alot of us out here in the desert. delight friend me asap if you have this problem. Also the gas milage is a lie I get 25-8mpg NOT 49/51. delight let me know who you are as I am looking to sue real shortley here. thankfulness

    You sure it’s not issues with the vehicle? If it’s below warrenty, which im sure it is, take it to your dealer and complain about it. Heatsoak is something cars encounter in dry heat and hurts the normal of the vehicle greatly.

    This is a apparent ethical failure of the dealer in your area.

    Batteries are very susceptible to high heat. And exposure to desert heat would be ample to start the tribulations you describe.

    I would go privileged than the dealer level. Friend Honda frankly owing to their website and voice your rage. If they resist at that top, a rank action law suit force get them to chat their tune.

    The Civic hybrid isn’t a low-cost car. You deserve more reliable normal. At the very smallest amount, get them to trade you across for a fixed Civic sedan which can do far better on the milage on the highway.
