Im looking for assistance in purchasing a hybrid vehicle, any thing that doesnt damage our atmosphere. I dont currently have a vehicle. Does any one know where I can find out or how I would go about filing for a grant. I am also looking for a first time home buyer grant. I know they are out there but I dont even know where to start. Neither does the Library.

sorry , in ur dreams.
if u want something – go out and work 3 jobs and get it .
that is the real ‘american’ methods not grants.
First time home buyer grants are available in some areas under extremely rigid requirements. Usually it for low-income housing in a urban area and you must live in the home for five years. I’ve also seen where you could get a grant for building a brick home in a rural area that has substandard housing as the norm. Both of these were run through the county housing authority/ agency.
The grants only run a thousand or two dollars and you must qualify for a loan before applying, usually.
Good luck on the car.
The car I can’t help you with. I don’t know of any grants for hybrid vehicles.
You can get loans as a first time home owner with benefits such as low interest rates, little or no down payment and deducting property taxes that you pay as a homeowner.
A good Real Estate Agent or loan officer should be able to put you in contact with specific agencies which specialize in first time home buyer loans.
Check out the website listed below: Federal Housing Administration’s website.
Good Luck and Blessings to You!!!
