What size rims should I get for my 2006 Chrysler 300 RWD (Base)?

Ciao all. I would just like to question all their attitude on what size rims I must get for my new car. They have have a give of 17″ alloy rims on it right now and I am looking to exchange them with some huge chrome. Right now I am debating between 20″ and 22″ rims, but I don’t want to sacrifice the driveability of the car (bumby roads etc. I want a charming ride). I have a fiscal proclamation of about $2500 Canadian, and I have been shopping around and I have found some not too terrible prices. What are your suggestions? As well, what must I use to protect these rims from being paid stolen? 2 lock nuts on each veer and the have a give of timer telephone logic logic, or 2 lock nuts on each veer and an aftermarket timer telephone logic logic? Secondly, does any self know of any excellent normal modules for this car? I know Jet has one that will have a 22 Horsepower gain and increased fuel efficiency for $250. Delight, suggestions public!!!!!!!!!
Also, I want to know how much the have a give of 17″ wheels weigh, compared to the 20″ and 22″ wheels, as well as how much of a fall in fuel efficiency im looking at
