I have a razr from AT&T & it won’t charge on my wall charger at home it only charges in the car, wat do i do?

Switching from Nextel/Sprint Hybrid to 100% Sprint (no direct connect)?

I have been a consumer with Nextel for many being (thankfulness to my protect who ongoing a Family tree tree plot over 8 being ago.) A while ago, I graduated college and ongoing my own plot with Gallop/Nextel and bought the “hybrid” motorola ic502 with total battery. I Like this phone, the total battery is awe-inspiring, and I found that I had more bars for phone calls in places where I only had a few when I was just on the Nextel service. Now I was never really the walkie-talkie type, just what the Family tree tree had stanch on a long time ago and we used it between the 3 of us, but I ideal to call my friends very than use the supervise over join.

When I bought this phone, I was told that I would be able to batter from Nextel/Gallop service to 100% Gallop (with no supervise over join) without any abandonment fees as long as I agreed to extending the date on my narrow at the time the batter was made. (In the end a 2 year contract from the day I was a “Gallop Only Gal”) She told me that I may maybe do this at any time all owing to my narrow. The service diplomacy are priced about the same for Potential Pack diplomacy; unlimited supervise over join is replaced with unlimited text messaging. So it’s been a year with this phone and I have gone many months without using supervise over join once! I want to batter over completely to Gallop only as I don’t use this service any longer.

Now my dilemma, I went into the same community Gallop/Nextel Store and told them I was attracted in switching over finally! The lady told me, that I wasn’t allowed to do this any longer! Boy was I really disappointed! I mean, it felt completely unfair to have the same lady who I bought my current phone from last year tell me that the plot had altered.

Now mind you, I place of protection’t called consumer service yet to question them about this and I am preparation on doing that sometime this week. But I am open to any suggestions or observations that would help me aquire this changeover in my service. Or if you have had the same encounter, delight tell me what you chose to do about this.

P.S. If I can do this changeover, I am attracted in the Katana LX by Sanyo. It seems to have a clad battery life and the facial appearance I am attracted in. (I don’t want a phone with an mp3 player or TV on it, I’m sweet pleased with my IPOD) If you have any tales to impart about this phone, I am attracted in hearing about this as well.
