How long will a pedigree chicken live?

I have an ancient history chicken (a German breed called a Blau Sperber). I reflect she is about 10 now. She is subdue fit and healthful and even if she never really laid many eggs, subdue produces and odd shaped modest business now and then.
I have 6 chickens in total, but no cockerel. The others are a motley crew of rescued battery birds, ill-treated ones and 2 childish top of lay hybrids.
They have access to an wood of about half an acre which they impart with my 2 ancient rescued sheep, but have all learnt to hop owing to the fencing and parade around the total farm.
I feed diverse corn, oyster bombard and layers pellets,and they pick up all else outside.
Don’t anyone dare say “until I ring her neck” or some no matter what. My birds are pets and not commercially kept animals.
They only place here when they have to be place down, or die of natural causes!

Hi i am now luckily maintenance 5 hybrid chickens and 3 ex battery hens. We have had the 5 hybrids for aproxomatly 5 weeks and had the 3 ex battery hans for about 2 weeks. We were thought of introducing them to each additional tonight then supervising them tomorrow so we can tear up any distress that was inane on but unfortionatly woke up to find one of the ex battery hens with an open wound on her bum (from another ex battery hen) must we now not initiate them tonight and also why has this happend?
