Did you know that you can save fuel and run your car on water

hybrid vehicles

jpbischke asked:

Considering getting a new/different vehicle. I want something that fits with the following criteria:

-Good gas mileage – Hybrid would be great but not necessary, not a big SUV that gets less than 20 mpg
-Great safety rating – Want good ratings, side impact air bags, etc.
-Navigation, XM/Sirius and an iPod connector available – I realize I could probably add all these after the fact but would prefer they are available as options

Which vehicles would fit with these?

Also, any websites I could go to sort based on these criteria?

Thanks!

Consider Subaru Outback or B9 Tribeca.
They are practical, good mpg, and has five-star crash ratings.
I believe 2007s have those gizmos you’re looking for..

I always find edmunds.com pretty useful.

Try the Mercury Mariner it has XM radio and a great crash saftey rating.

The Hybrid gets around 33 MPG while the Regular one gets around 28 MPG. It is a nice size. another alternative is the Ford Escape.
