Famous people have private jets and limo’s and Ferrari’s and Lambo’s and cars that have gas guzzler tax and these are the idiotic blokes that tell you to be green and conserve. What the H— for. well from what ive heard britain is doing very well on the environemt issue and has succedded with reducing the carbon emmisions. But whats the point. With China coming into vast wealth do you really think that the 2 billion people there are going to care about the “environment” when they known their going to make a few quid. And then theres the yanks. Bush isnt signing this carbon emission agreement because he dosnet want to have to tell his good ole southern voters that they cant drive their 8 litre dodge that does around 2 mpg.
Is it true that environmental extremists go to poor countries to prevent them from overcoming poverty and starvation -just to keep them poor & ignorant -in the name of environmental issues as a front for communism ?
Nobody dictates to you what car you can have because this is a free country. If they did, you wouldn’t see 4x4s, would you?
Yes, car manufacturers should scrap regular engines and replace them with hybrids, then price them below cost, and sell as many as they can before they go bust. Great idea.
They solution is to tax cars by a product of their weight, their volume and a factor that increases year by year. That would speed the affordability of more efficient cars.
